Where Do I Begin?
Starting your spiritual journey of recovery can feel overwhelming at first, especially when trying to find the right resources like books and pamphlets. Friends and therapists may recommend literature on “codependency,” and while many of these materials can be helpful, it’s essential to remember that not every text on this subject is officially recognized by Co-Dependent Anonymous.
